It\u2019s great to see so many brands doing Cause Marketing the right way, and not just rainbow washing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pride at work<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While the majority of the Most Viewed Video Ads for Pride 2022 came from consumer\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">brands in retail and CPG, business services made an appearance with Infosys, an IT and consulting company. Infosys used their ad to tell an animated story of self-discovery at an inclusive workplace. Not only was this ad exceptionally executed, but as a B2B organization the campaign was especially effective in authentically communicating Infosys\u2019 values of diversity and inclusion, appealing to not only potential customers, but current employees and future candidates.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don\u2019t just promote it, live it\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authenticity is a key theme of Pride and consumers are quick to see past any false pretenses of real support for the LGBTQ2S+ community. Preaching diversity isn\u2019t enough. Brands must show that they embody and live the values they represent. That\u2019s why Postmates\u2019 campaign was largely created by a LGBTQ+ production team, including co-directors Loren Christiansen, Michael DeWeese and producer Hanna Stolarski.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another great example is Hulu.
